JUDO CONTISOFT JCS 5 - 20

JCS 5 – 20, according to EN 14743 and DIN 19636-100, for drinking water up to 30 °C, operating pressure range 2 – 7 bar, nominal flow rate 4 – 16 m³/h (with softening from 20 °dH to 8 °dH).

Protects with soft water against lime deposits and increases comfort.

Scope of delivery:

Unit consisting of a frame with attached water distributor (JCS 5 with connection block JQP) and separately adjustable softener connections to accommodate the individual modules (JCS 5 with a common bypass valve). The exchanger tanks (PN 10) of the individual modules are filled with high-quality monospheric ion exchange resin in food quality for optimum water distribution and minimisation of pressure loss and regenerant consumption, with volume-dependent control, wear-free ceramic disc technology proven a thousand times over for lifetime programmed operating sequences, Control electronics with LED display of all operating and regeneration states, as well as manual triggering of regeneration, forced regeneration after 96 hours at the latest and plant hygienisation by means of built-in disinfection device with platinum-plated titanium electrodes, separate salt solution and storage tanks with continuous brine supply, complete with internal plant piping and residual hardness intersection.
