Anodic corrosion inhibitor

It conditions permanently, has a hardness stabilising and dispersing effect and, forms a protective film against corrosion, lime deposits and sludge. JUDO QUICK-DOS L is particularly suitable for aluminium-silicon materials. Even in the presence of oxygen, for example by diffusion in underfloor heating systems, years of corrosion protection is guaranteed.

JUDO QUICK-DOS L has been tested and approved by leading boiler manufacturers. One can yield more than 80 litres and it is phosphate-free.

Cleaning solution

For cleaning hot water heating circuits, it removes rust sludge and deposits. Approximately four weeks after adding JUDO QUICK-DOS R, the system must be rinsed thoroughly. Multiple applications may be necessary. If the system is clean, refill and add JUDO QUICK-DOS L.

pH correction

For pH correction in closed heating circuits. A correctly adjusted pH value, taking into account the materials used, is the basic prerequisite for trouble-free operation. An incorrect pH, on the other hand, can lead to corrosion and thus to component’s damage.

For larger systems

JUDO THERMODOS L and R have the same active ingrediets of concentration and offer all the same advantages of JUDO QUICK-DOS L and R dosing solutions. The matching JTH-D hand dosing unit is pressure resistant up to 6 bar.
