For larger buildings, with a water consumption of more than 100 m³ per month, we have developed the chlorine dioxide generation and dosing system JUDO OXIDOS. This practice-oriented compact system generates chlorine dioxide using the chlorite-hydrochloric acid process in accordance with german DVGW worksheets W 224 and W 624 as well as § 11 of the german drinking water ordinance. The OXIDOS is characterized by extraordinarily low operating costs and always produces fresh chlorine dioxide, immediately before use.
The JUDO WADOS-HC dosing pump system is specially designed for the use of chlorine dioxide. The system is completely pre-assembled, particularly easy to use and equipped with a high-quality diaphragm dosing pump.
Please note:
In any case it is advisable to constantly monitor the effective chlorine dioxide concentration. The water circuit can also be kept low in germs by a UV sterilisation system. In both cases we will be pleased to help you – with qualified advice or a product recommendation.
It may also be advisable to design up a hygiene plan according to german VDI/DVGW 6023 to ensure that water is taken regularly at all taps.
