JUKO-EC-AT ¾” – 1¼” Automatic domestic water filtration station (time controlled), according to EN 13443-1, DIN 19628 and EN 1567, for drinking water up to 30 °C, operating pressure range 1.5 – 16 bar, nominal flow rate 2.3 – 5.8 m³/h.

With stainless steel filter screen, pressure reducer, cleaning unit, ceramic flushing valve, time-controlled automatic backwashing system with safety module and UV filter bell cover.

Thanks to JUDO QUICKSET-E, installation in horizontally and vertically running pipes possible.

Scope of delivery:

Filter housing made of high-quality plastic PN 16; built-in rotary flange with patented bayonet connection made of brass with screw connection (threaded connection according to EN 10226-1) and two-screw connection technology; horizontal or vertical installation possible; filter screen made of stainless steel; patented backwash unit; backwashing with simultaneous cleaning of the sight glass (with movable UV filter bell cover). With integrated free outlet and patented ceramic flushing valve; hose connection.

With time controlled automatic backwashing: the screen surface is cleaned three times per backwash. Preselectable setting of the backwashing interval (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months). With potential-free contact for remote transmission of the fault message. The patented safety module checks before triggering the backwash start whether the buffer battery has sufficient power reserve to complete the backwash process in case of power failure. Only then does the backwashing take place.

Pressure gauge, pressure reducer with factory set follow-up pressure of 4 bar, setting range of the follow-up pressure of 1.5 – 6 bar *; sound-tested group 1 without requirements; cover with integrated backwash month display; plug-in power supply unit 230 V/50 Hz.

* Depending on the operating conditions it may be necessary to adjust the ratio inlet pressure : outlet pressure and increase the outlet pressure.
