Scope of delivery:

Scope of delivery: Fully automatic, floor-standing limescale protection device in accordance with DIN 3607, consisting of: compact cylindrical tank, made of stainless steel 1.4571, with optimised geometry for a small footprint, nominal pressure 10 bar, with thermal insulation made of 100 mm flow material and high-quality plastic cladding; 2-part top cover with outlets for the internal system piping; tank filled with granulate to support the formation and release of inoculation crystals using the Bio-Carat® process; control valves with electric drive, or hydraulically effective control valves, plastic control box with PLC system control for fully automatic operation, protection class IP 64, user-friendly, mounted directly on the system, operation via colour touch display (4.3″), with visualised system status, operating, function and fault display. The control unit automatically triggers disinfection after 72 h, supported by an integrated circulation pump to optimise the disinfection process; the water supply is ensured for the duration of disinfection via an internal bypass; with safety circuit for restart after power failure; including pipe connections for untreated and treated drinking water, drainage connections for rinsing water and pressure relief valve, inlet and outlet shut-off valves, backflow preventer, including potential-free fault signalling; interface option for LAN, KNX, Modbus or M-Bus, power supply 230 V, 50 Hz.
