The new JUDO JP i-kom combination measuring device

Water analysis made easy

Simply switch on, measure, and save: The new JUDO JP i-kom combination measuring device offers a particularly convenient method for professionally measuring water quality – and facilitates the standard-compliant treatment of filling water for heating and cooling circuits. Thanks to the smart app, all measurement data is stored digitally and can be accessed at any time. The new device is available both individually and in the new JUDO analysis case Type E+.

Winnenden, March 2025 – The standard-compliant treatment of filling water for heating and cooling circuits is largely determined by water quality testing. To support heating engineers, plumbers, and others, JUDO will soon be adding the battery-operated JUDO JP i-kom combination measuring device to its product range. This device measures the four parameters pH, conductivity, TDS, and temperature in seconds, delivers the most accurate measurements, and is digitally connected via a smart app. This allows, for example, the early detection of corrosion risks caused by increased conductivity and inadmissible pH values – the first step towards appropriate measures to protect heating or cooling circuits.

The handy pocket-sized tester fits easily into any toolbox – it is also part of the new JUDO Type E+ analysis case – and impresses with its straightforward operation. All measurement data is automatically transmitted via Bluetooth to the intuitive smart app, which evaluates the measurement data directly – based on VDI 2035, VDI 6044, ÖNORM H 5195-1, and SWKI BT102-01. Customer master data can be created via the app for documentation purposes, which significantly simplifies data storage and forwarding of the collected information. Furthermore, the combination measuring device features an interchangeable measuring probe and meets IP 67 protection class.

The new Type E+ analysis case is also suitable for analyzing the most important parameters for heating and boiler water treatment. In addition to the JP i-kom combination meter, the all-round package includes a measuring set for determining total hardness Type A (0 – 30 °dH), a calibration solution (1413 μS/cm), buffer solutions pH 7 and pH 9, two laboratory beakers (50 ml each), and a boiler water log.

Not all drinking water is the same: The service life of hot water generators and the entire heating system is significantly influenced by the quality of the filling water. With the new JUDO analysis accessories, complex specifications can be easily met – user-friendly, intuitive, and smartly networked.
