When filling heating or cooling circuits, numerous requirements for the filling water must be met. With the new complete set from the HEIFI PURE series, JUDO now offers a practical combination of the JUDO HEIFI FÜL PLUS filling valve and the JUDO HEIFI Füllblock PURE desalination unit – including a desalination cartridge. This makes standard-compliant treatment of filling and top-up water a snap for installers.

Winnenden, March 2025 – The new all-round system HEIFI PURE Set makes filling and topping up heating and cooling circuits with demineralized water particularly convenient. It ensures water quality according to VDI 2035 and EN 1717, making it the first choice for a standard-compliant process.

According to the Drinking Water Ordinance, DIN EN 1717 and DIN 1988-100, the unprotected connection of the water circuit to the drinking water network is prohibited. The system water must be separated from the drinking water installation by a safety device to prevent contaminated water from flowing back into the drinking water pipe. The JUDO HEIFI-FÜL PLUS filling valve integrated into the set not only makes filling and refilling safe in accordance with the standard, it is also particularly convenient to use. At the same time, the valve protects drinking water from non-drinking water up to and including liquid category 4. Thanks to the pressure reducer, the filling pressure can be constantly adjusted between 0.75 and 5 bar. The integrated test ports and inlet and outlet shut-off valves via ball valves make the HEIFI-FÜL PLUS particularly easy to maintain.

The complete HEIFI PURE Set solution also includes the HEIFI Füllblock PURE desalination unit and a desalination cartridge. The unit monitors the capacity using a flow meter and conductivity sensor; if the limit is exceeded, a message is sent via the potential-free contact. Users can monitor all data such as conductivity and residual capacity via the programmable LCD display, thus always keeping an eye on all system functions. The set includes the JUDO PURE 7500 demineralization cartridge.
