At 2,200 kilometers, the Extreme Race Around Austria is the longest individual time trial in Europe and is also considered a qualifying race for the legendary Race Across America. The bike course leads along the roads near the border once around Austria. There are no stages and the time is counted throughout. The special feature of the team race is that the two- or four-person teams divide up the route individually.
