As an expert in water treatment, JUDO not only offers seminars and workshops on very different topics, but also at very special venues. At the beginning of the month, among others, in the premises of the Europapark in Rust. Entitled Planning, Operation and Maintenance of Drinking Water and Ventilation Systems, the first event in the seminar series of the same name, which is being held in cooperation with WOLF and TECE, kicked off on July 5, 2022.
Europapark Rust: Spectacular roller coasters, idyllic outdoor facilities, imposing buildings. One of these is the Krønasår Museum-Hotel with its extraordinary conference rooms. In the Vineta room, inverted Viking ships hang from the ceiling, the lamps are partly made of drinking horns, and the large stage is framed by sailing ships on the left and right. This impressive setting became the venue for the Planning, Operation and Maintenance of Drinking Water and Ventilation Systems seminar in early July. A cooperation event of JUDO Wasseraufbereitung GmbH, WOLF GmbH and TECE GmbH. A total of 45 participants learned about current rules and regulations at the event.
JUDO Training Manager D-A-CH Claus Sperber kicked off the event. He informed the participants in a compact and practical manner about current topics such as SARS-CoV-2 in drinking water, operation and maintenance of a drinking water installation and possibilities and limits of drinking water treatment. The second part of the lecture – on operator obligations in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance and the proper operation of a drinking water installation – was given by TECE expert Detlev Lienig. After more than two hours of the program, Erwin Hanzel, expert speaker from Wolf GmbH, concluded the event. He informed the participants about ventilation before, during and after the Corona pandemic and the focus on planning, operation and maintenance of ventilation systems.
“The Museum Hotel provides the perfect backdrop for such an exciting seminar day,” Claus Sperber emphasized. “Although we were able to welcome almost 900 interested people at our joint online seminars in the past two years and were very successful with them, we are now pleased to finally be able to welcome our participants in person again. In these great premises and with an almost sold-out house, this is of course twice as much fun.”
The seminar Planning, Operation and Maintenance of Drinking Water and Ventilation Systems was aimed specifically at specialist tradesmen, specialist wholesalers, planning offices from the SHK sector, architects as well as employees of authorities, local authorities and the housing industry. Four more dates are planned this year:
